EDC-Senegal is a young organization working to advance sustainable solutions in education, health, and economic opportunity for vulnerable communities in Senegal. With a strong focus on youth employability and entrepreneurship especially within a future-oriented green economy, the organization works to equip young women and men with the tools to build more secure and resilient livelihoods. EDC-Senegal also strengthens civil society and partners with government institutions, communities, and the private sector to drive more inclusive, systemic, and sustainable change.

With support from the Citi Foundation, EDC-Senegal is implementing a youth-focused economic inclusion project designed to help young people strengthen their savings practices and increase their economic potential. Grounded in an inclusive and sustainable approach, the initiative supports participants in building the habits, skills, and motivation needed to improve their financial stability and future opportunities. By combining youth development with broader collaboration across sectors, the project aims to create lasting benefits for both participants and the communities around them.
