Grounded in the belief that young people can build thriving businesses when given the right support, the organization focuses on closing persistent gaps in the entrepreneurial journey particularly access to skills, networks, capital pathways, and enabling environments needed to start, grow, and scale sustainable enterprises. With support from the Citi Foundation, FATE Foundation is strengthening its holistic entrepreneurship development model, combining hands-on capacity building with ecosystem and systems-level support. The work spans entrepreneur training, access to networks, research, and policy advocacy alongside intentional efforts to build communities and environments where businesses can thrive. Together, these investments equip entrepreneurs to build viable, scalable, and resilient ventures that create value not only for founders, but for the wider economy and society.
