NPower Canada works to close the opportunity gap in the digital economy by equipping underserved young people with the skills, support, and connections needed to build meaningful careers in tech. The organization delivers employer-aligned digital skills training alongside wraparound career supports, helping talented youth who have been excluded by cost, access, or systemic barriers move into stable, well-paying roles. With support from the Citi Foundation, NPower Canada is expanding its digital skills training and career pathway programming to reach more young people and strengthen their transitions into employment. The two-year grant supports market-relevant technical training, individualized coaching, and direct connections to employers ensuring participants are not only job-ready, but positioned for long-term economic mobility.
